RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

Integrated kitchen with concealed walk in pantry and wine cellar.
The Concrete benchtop is the Kitchen centrepiece, is at the cutting edge of sleek design and is indestructible. The sleek mirror splashback creates a modern look that creates depth. The organic colour scheme complements the external surroundings and contrasts the clean white lines.

The main entry foyer features a tumbled marble wall. The natural colours of the marble complement the earthy tones of the ceramic floor tiles that run throughout the house. The stepped ceiling creates a subliminal barrier between the informal lounge and the foyer. The combination of the teak timber slats and the glass handrail soften the effect of the 3.8metre ceiling and create a welcoming flow.

The formal living area features a protruding Carrara Marble wrapped mantelpiece which features a concealed natural gas fireplace. The louvre windows are cleverly situated to catch the southern breeze, enabling good ventilation into the formal living area and to continue the open plan design of the interior.

The timber grain tiles bring a warm and natural feeling to the room. The stone benchtop on the floating vanity cabinet continues this theme. The smooth draw fronts keep a seamless line.

Extended balcony cantilevers over the infinity edged swimming pool. Sliding aluminium doors conceal a bathroom and a pool equipment room. The timber roof line complements the outdoor environment.

Terrace house conversion into 4 x contemporary, 2 bedroom apartments. Retained the original interior and exterior Heritage features and appearance, and complemented with modern fixtures.

The owner’s brief was to replicate the timber decking of a boat in the floor of their bathroom. The bath floor is constructed with open teak timber slats, replicating the decking appearance. The design allowed the water to drain through the gaps in the timber.

Complete renovation of Heritage listed Terrace House. The exterior facade was restored to it’s original condition. The Interior was converted to 3 x apartments. The Internal light well was constructed through the 3 apartments to deliver natural light and sun through all 3 levels of the apartment building.
